1How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing. We accept cancellation requests by:
- •Email: incoming@monvoyage.al — include your booking reference (ALB-YYYY-NNNNN), your name, and departure date
- •My Bookings: Log into your account dashboard and use the "Cancel Booking" button
⚠️ Cancellations are effective from the date and time we receive your written notification — not when you decide to cancel. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
2Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed as follows:
- •Credit/debit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days
- •Bank transfer payments: Returned to your bank account within 10–14 business days
The €25 administrative fee for cancellations 20+ days before departure covers processing costs and is non-refundable. For all other tiers, no admin fee applies — the percentage retained is the only deduction.
3Date Changes
We understand plans change. We offer the following date change options:

4Cancellation by Mon Voyage
In the rare event that Mon Voyage must cancel a tour, we will:
- •Notify you as early as possible by email and phone
- •Offer a full refund (100%, no admin fee) or a free transfer to another available date
- •Not be liable for additional costs (flights, accommodation) booked independently
Reasons Mon Voyage may cancel include: insufficient bookings for a shared departure (minimum 2 guests), unsafe weather or safety conditions, natural disasters, or government travel advisories against visiting the relevant area.
5No-Shows
If you do not appear at the agreed meeting point at the specified departure time without prior written notification, this is treated as a cancellation within 72 hours of departure. No refund will be issued. Please contact us immediately if you are delayed or encounter travel disruption.
6Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover. This protects you against cancellation costs in cases of:
- •Illness or medical emergency (you or a travelling companion)
- •Bereavement of a close family member
- •Redundancy or jury service
- •Natural disasters or civil unrest at the destination
Mon Voyage cannot reimburse costs that fall outside our cancellation policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation — but a good travel insurance policy will cover these situations.
