We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely by Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?

Yes. A 30% deposit confirms your booking; the remaining 70% is due 14 days before your departure date. If you book within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most tours run April through October — this is when Albania is at its best. We operate a limited selection of winter tours in southern Albania (Gjirokastër, Berat, Albanian Riviera) where the mild climate makes year-round travel comfortable.

Yes — date changes are free up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability. Changes within 14 days may incur a small administration fee. Contact us as early as possible and we will find the best solution.

What happens if the weather is bad on tour day?

Your safety is our top priority. We monitor forecasts closely. For severe weather, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or offer an alternative itinerary at no extra cost. Minor rain rarely affects our tours — we bring the right gear.
