Who We Are
A Family Business With a National Mission
Mon Voyage was born from a simple frustration: the best of Albania was being kept from international travellers. Foreign operators were running generic trips through the country — skipping the hidden villages, staying in chain hotels, leaving with shallow impressions of a country that has so much more to offer.
Our founders — Gledian and Jetmira Hoxha — set out to change that. Their vision was a tour company that operated like a trusted local friend: honest about what to expect, passionate about the places they work in, and deeply invested in the communities they bring travellers to.
Today, Mon Voyage is a close-knit team with one shared philosophy: every itinerary must be something we would genuinely recommend to someone we love. Every supplier is personally vetted. Every guide is local. Every review on our site comes from a real traveller.
